Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. After that time, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be in fulfillment.

Refund & Resend Eligibility
We offer refunds or reshipments in the following cases:
Order not received:
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (U.S.) from the date of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.
Damaged or defective products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will resend the product or issue a full refund.
Item not as described:
If the item received is significantly different from the description, we will provide a refund or reshipment after verification.

Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot accept refunds or returns if:
The product was delivered successfully but the customer simply no longer wants it (“change of mind”).
The shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect.
The customer did not claim the package from customs or the local post office.

Returns
Please note that most of our suppliers do not accept returns due to international shipping costs. In most cases, we will resolve issues with a refund or a free reshipment instead of requiring you to return the item.
